I loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see, including downtown entertainment, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the music city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient with valet service, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the snacks provided were a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel had all-day coffee and ice-cold water available in the lobby.
